CdM shines during the daytime now that weekend brunch debuted at the stylish and inviting restaurant. Chef Jonathan Blackford created the most exciting weekend brunch menu in Orange County available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The three-course menu offers a gourmet twist on tasty breakfast favorites. Start the weekend off right with offerings such as the best-deviled eggs you'll ever taste, Hatch Chile Deviled Eggs with lobster, Pastrami Cured Salmon or the Bacon, Egg, and Grits. Savor mouthwatering mains with second-course options including Horchata Pancakes, Nicoise Salad, and the Brunch Burger, and end on a sweet note with decadent dessert options, Chocolate Cake or Coconut Panna Cotta. 

Those in the cocktail know, can sip everyone’s favorite bartender Ravin Buzzell’s refreshing, new sips like the Corona Caipirinha made with Novo Fogo Organic Cachaca, fresh muddled lime and sugar over crushed ice or the Grapefruit Rose Squared with Ketel Grapefruit Rose Botanical, Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur, fresh lemon, and lime juice and rose water.
