2nd Annual Shuck-It Event

Ways & Means Oyster House in Huntington Beach will host its 2nd Annual Shuck-It Event on Tuesday, January 17 at 11 a.m. with the local police department, firefighters and lifeguards to raise money for charity!

The event boasts fierce competition all for a good cause, as $3 from every oyster eaten will be donated to the winning team’s charity of choice. Team members from the Huntington Beach Police Department, Fire Department and local lifeguards will be given 60 seconds to eat as many oysters as they can, while spectators cheer on their favorite team. Tickets to the event are $20 per person, and $5 of each ticket will be donated to the participating charities.

Attendees who purchase a ticket will be treated to a special lunch complemented with their choice of soda or iced tea. Guests also have the option of enjoying bottomless Ways & Means Blonde beer for an additional $10, $5 of which will be donated to participating charities.
