20Q’s With Elyssa Fournier of Mixed Bakery

Introducing our favorite local pastry chef, Elyssa Fournier of Mixed Bakery in Corona del Mar. She took time out of her busy schedule of baking lemon tarts, scones, brioche, chocolate chip muffins, brownies, madeleines and any custom bakery order you can think of to answer our 20Q’s.

All orders come by word of mouth or via Facebook, Instagram and online, yet she’s on a mission to open her own bakery. She misses the interaction with customers that she had in New York.
