Chef Jonathan Blackford brings Grab & Go Concept to OC

There's no doubt the restaurant industry has been hit hard by the pandemic. Chef Jonathan Blackford, formerly at the A Restaurant and CdM Restaurant, is opening a new concept to accommodate the changes with Fork & Knife, set to debut October that will not include a dining room or formal seating for dine-in business, but rather focus on family meals for daily pick-up, grab-and-go prepared foods and a high-end market with many house-made items. Miracles from Provence Summer Wine Collection

Wine enthusiasts can enjoy wine for a cause! OC-based nonprofit, Miracles for Kids recently launched its very own line of wine. Miracles from Provence, in partnership with Provence Rosé Group and Inside the Cellar. Miracles for Kids is a nonprofit that serves families of critically ill children who are suffering financially by providing financial and emotional assistance and 40%+ of proceeds from this new wine collection will directly benefit these families in need.
