Walk for the Diabetes Cure

You can help find a cure for Type 1 diabetes. On Sunday, Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. join me and thousands of others in the Walk to Cure Diabetes at UC Irvine to raise funding for research in the fight against Type 1 diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is not caused by obesity, overeating or a lack of exercise; it is an autoimmune disease that can strike anyone at any time — most frequently children. Slater’s 50/50 Rolls Out New Menu

What restaurant can push the limits on the proper ratio of bacon to beef in a burger like no other? That would be Slater’s 50/50, the bacon mania eatery famous for its 50/50 patty made of 50% ground beef and 50% ground bacon.
