For the first time, the City of Garden Grove will debut “Re:Imagine Garden Grove – A Downtown Open Streets Event”  on Sunday, October 12 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s a great opportunity for everyone to explore a car-free, re-envisioned downtown that will celebrate the community, diverse cultures, and a healthy lifestyle. Garden Grove has joined forced with Los Angeles-based Community Arts Resources, Inc. (CARS) to produce the inaugural event.
