NB Film Fest Presents The World Premiere of Birth of Endless Summer

At the Newport Beach Film Festival, Laguna Beach-based production company Curtis Birch, Inc. and San Clemente, non-profit, Surfing Heritage and Culture Center present the World Premiere of the feature documentary Birth of The Endless Summer: Discovery of Cape St. Francis on Tuesday, October 26 at 5 p.m. at the New Port Theater in Corona del Mar, and Thursday, October 28 at 5:30 p.m. at THE LOT. The film will screen in the Festival’s Action Sports Film Series. The much-anticipated annual Kids’ Fishing Derby at the North Lake at Mile Square Regional Park returns on Saturday, Oct. 16. The Sweet Hand, a unique new do-it-yourself dessert decorating studio that also offers a sprinkle of ASL (American Sign Language) has opened at Mercantile West in Ladera Ranch. Owned by Ladera Ranch resident Abigail Longo, The Sweet Hand welcomes walk-in customers who wish to decorate desserts, along with host classes, events, and private parties.
