Total Training Grand Opening in Costa Mesa

Total Training, a premium fitness studio that offers high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) classes designed to spike metabolism and increase energy, is hosting a grand opening event on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. to celebrate its expansion to Costa Mesa. Festivities include free workout classes, a live DJ, bounce house, tasty food trucks, great discounts on classes, raffles and giveaways (including a one-year membership).
