BON APPÉTASTE AT FRIEDMANS HOME EXPERIENCE

Long Beach’s culinary community is joining forces to help support Steel Magnolias Signature Event, Bon Appétaste, a celebration of food, wine and spirits taking place  Sunday, August 26 from 5-8 p.m. at Friedmans Home Experience.   All net proceeds to benefit children with developmental delays, behavioral and learning challenges and other special needs with the Stramski Children’s Developmental Center being Steel Magnolias’ main recipient.  Bon Appétaste will feature four award-winning chefs, including Pete Lehmar of Gladstone’s, Raquel Jubran of Lasher’s Kitchen, Louise Solzman of Table 301 and Andre Angles of Thai District, conducting cooking demonstrations throughout the evening.
