Come out to celebrate National Day of the Horse at the Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center on Saturday, Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The day encourages people to be mindful of the contribution of horses to the economy, history, and character of the United States. Enjoy free pony rides, food and fun, gift and horse vendors, and demonstrations: Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Western Reining, and Western Pleasure. Free parking in the lot on Ellis, just west of Goldenwest. No parking available at the Equestrian Center. Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center is at 18318 Goldenwest Street in Huntington Beach.
