Lantern Festival at Segerstrom Center

March 01, 2019

There’s much to take in this March on the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza with a diverse blend of FREE performances and events. Bring the whole family to celebrate the Year of the Pig with the Lantern Festival on Saturday, March 2 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At the Lantern Festival, enjoy cultural demonstrations from across Asia featuring Chinese Chen-style Tai Chi martial arts, South Korean K-pop dance, Lion dance, Chinese folk dance, Vietnamese cooking, Chinese Yo-Yos, Ukulele sing-along as well as a Vietnamese Áo dài fashion show. Try your hand at Chinese calligraphy, visit the petting zoo featuring this year’s animal: the pig, or make your own lucky Red Envelope lantern.

600 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa.
