My friend Thomas Curran walked across America last year all by himself (well his dog Wink accompanied him for a good part of the trip) to raise funds for Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation. #LIVINGLOCALOC Supports Local Businesses

Three locals from the Alumni Collective, Arthur Jeppe, Alan Buchanan, Steve Kalatschan came up with a way to support local businesses during these tough times that anyone can get involved in. They created a great grassroots solution called #LivingLocalOC. They built a website that aggregates the hashtag #LivingLocalOC and presents it as a feed to our community. Tailor Giving Away 7,000 masks

Lucy's Tailoring, a longtime tailoring business based in SoCal, will be giving away 7,000 face masks (non-medical) to the Huntington Beach community this Friday, April 24 at its Seacliff Village Shopping Center shop via drive-through pickup. As a non-essential business, Lucy's Tailoring had to close down its longtime shops around Orange County but owner Harry Guldjian wanted to do something to give back to the community that's long supported his family's business.
