Basilic Restaurant on Balboa Island is now open for takeout, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday evenings. Chef and restaurateur Bernard Althaus is serving his iconic French-Swiss favorites, with bottles of wine on sale for 15% off regular price.
