Aussie-inspired eatery Outpost Kitchen in Costa Mesa has pledged to donate 100% of its coffee sales on Thursday, January 9 and Friday, January 10 to support organizations in Australia who are on-the-ground battling the nation’s 136 fires - including WIRES Wildlife Rescue and New South Wales Fire Service. Outpost Kitchen’s Founder, Jay Lewis, was born and raised in New South Wales, Australia - the area most affected by the wildfires. You can create your own floral jewelry in a class on Saturday, January 18 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Sherman Library & Gardens in Corona del Mar.
