A pivotal summer at a sparkling winery in Carneros set him on the path to winemaking, and subsequent experiences in Australia and Napa Valley further refined his skills and philosophy. From his tenure at Chateau Potelle on Mount Veeder to managing Firestone Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley, Paul developed a reputation for crafting wines that are authentic, distinctive, and deeply tied to the vineyards they originate from.
