Trick or Treating at Mercantile West

On Friday, you can start your family’s Halloween fun early by trick-or-treating at Mercantile West at Ladera Ranch from 3 to 7 p.m.

Participating shops and restaurants at Mercantile West will offer special deals during the event, including a free orange crush smoothie at Nekter Juice Bar between 3 and 7 p.m. when kids 12 and under decorate a jack-o-lantern on a Nekter cup; Choya Japanese Cuisine will give free $10 gift cards to the first 10 costumed youngsters who come into the restaurant from 3 to 7 p.m., and the next 20 costumed kids will get a $5 gift card, while other visitors will get coupons when they mention the Halloween promotion; and many other special offers that can be found at www.shopdineladeraranch.com.

The Ladera Ranch shopping center is at 25612 Crown Valley Parkway in Ladera Ranch, at Antonio Parkway.
