The Ecology Center Welcomes Celeb Chef Samin Nosrat

Acclaimed chef, author, and host of Netflix’s Salt, Fat, Acid,Heat! Samin Nosrat, will be at The Ecology Center on Sunday, June 30 at 3 p.m. She’ll be hosting a sold-out private cooking class alongside Jennifer Sherman of Chez Panisse restaurant in Berkeley. Lucky attendees will create a meal from start to finish using ingredients grown right on the farm.

Since the cooking class is sold out you can still sign up for the reception and book signing! All guests will receive a signed copy of Samin’s New York Times bestselling, James Beard award-winning cookbook: Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat! Samin will speak about her life and travels and share her culinary wisdom while you enjoy drinks and appetizers made from recipes in the book!

Both events benefit the culinary education program for low-income, underserved youth!

Parking is in the back lot behind the barn. Upon arrival, follow the signs to the parking lot. Parking is limited at The Ecology Center, please feel free to park on Camino Del Avion (street parking) if there are no spots in the lot.
