The Blind Pig Restaurant + Bar Launches New Weekend Lunch Menu

September 06, 2018

The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar in Rancho Santa Margarita, just launched their new weekend lunch menu. Created by Executive Chef Karl Pfleider, who focuses on shareable American cuisine with a global influence, the new lunch menu features dishes like Hiramasa Crudo with baby beets, yuzu vinaigrette, crispy quinoa, chili oil, and scallions; and the Bacon Cheeseburger with cheddar, pickles, and creamy mustard on a potato bun.

Chef Karl’s lunch items pair perfectly with Bar Manager Ryan Autry’s craft cocktail creations like the Two Peas in a Pod with Pisco, gin, aquavit, sugar snap peas, mint, and lime; and the Third Time’s A Charm made with Genever, campari, cacao, bitter vermouth, blood orange, lemon, and brown ale.
