Join Driftwood Kitchen for an incredible seaside Thanksgiving Dinner! Chef Rainer Schwarz’s prix-fixe menu begins with Parker House Rolls with Vermont creamery butter and sea salt for the table, followed by a choice of Roasted Baby Beet and Arugula Salad, Yellowtail Carpaccio, Butternut Squash Soup, or pan-seared Day Boat Scallops to start. Guests will then have option of entrée, with a choice of traditional Roasted Thanksgiving Turkey with all the fixings, Roasted Greater Omaha Prime Rib, or Ora King Salmon Filet. Kids have the option of a Turkey Plate, Mac & Cheese with Green Beans, or Chicken Fingers with Fries. All meals will end with traditional desserts for the table, including Pecan Pie, Apple Pie and Cookies. BRUXIE — ORANGE & BREA
Known for featuring seasonal specials throughout the year, BRUXIE welcomes the return of its popular Thanksgiving Waffle Sandwich, as well as warm and cool options for those looking for a unique Pumpkin Spice experience! Guests have come to know and love the Thanksgiving BRUXIE, featuring Roasted Boar’s Head Turkey, house-made Sausage-Herb Stuffing, Gravy, and Cranberry-Orange Sauce on a fresh-baked waffle. The chef-driven sandwich special may be accompanied with a special Pumpkin Pie Dessert Waffle and Pumpkin Spice Shake, also limited seasonal specials. The Winery is offering a traditional Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner To Go and for Dine-In at both of its Orange County locations!

TO GO: Chef Yvon Goetz’s take-home dinner menu features a Roasted Free-Range Diestel Turkey with Sliced White & Dark Meat, Apple-Sundried Cherry Dressing, Cranberry-Orange Relish, and Pinot Noir-Sage Gravy. The meal begins with a Fall Organic Baby Greens Salad with Dried Cranberries, Roasted Squash, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Croutons, and Dijon Vinaigrette. Guests then have a choice of two sides, with options including Mashed Potato Casserole, Butternut Squash-Potato Gratin, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Green Beans Almondine, Maple Syrup Roasted Garnet Yams, and Honey-Thyme Glazed Carrots. The meal ends with The Winery's decadent seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake with Caramelized Pecan-Vanilla Bean Chantilly. Entrée selections include choice of Traditional Maple-Glazed Free-Range Turkey, King Salmon “a la Plancha”, Maine Scallops & Jumbo Wild White Shrimp, Grilled Beef Flatiron Steak, and Maple Glazed Kurobuta Pork Chop.
