Summer Cinema

June 25, 2012

A fantastic new artsy summer film series debuts Thursday at sunset at the Orange County Museum of Art thanks to Cinema Orange. All films will be screened on the museum patio and are free with admission and to museum members.

The Flip Truck will start serving foods at 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Arrive early to see the galleries of Jack Goldstein x 10,000 running through Sept. 9.  At 8 p.m. catch the screening of “Gerhard Richter Painting,” a documentary about Richter, a media-shy painter who allowed filmmaker Corinna Belz into his studio while he worked on a series of large abstract paintings for six months in the summer of 2009.
