SAVOR Newport Beach 2023 Honors OC Legends

September 19, 2023

On Saturday, September 23, 2023, The Literacy Project will host SAVOR Newport Beach 2023, an exquisite evening event. This Napa-style outdoor experience will feature a luxurious vintage and exotic car exhibition set against the expansive backdrop of Newport Beach Country Club. Attendees can also explore a captivating garden showcasing an art collection curated by Ethos Gallery.

The talented Fashion Illustrator Kristine Steiner will be on hand to create stylish portraits of the guests. The culinary expertise of Chef Pascal Olhats and the wines from Zotovich Vineyard and Winery will elevate the farm-to-table dining experience under the September night sky. To keep the night alive, attendees will groove to the live music of the Family Style band.

This event aims to pay tribute to five distinguished professionals in various fields who have made significant contributions to the Newport Beach community: cuisine, art, luxury automobiles, and fine wine.

Honorees include:

  • Chef Pascal Olhats
  • Monette & Steve Zotovich, Zotovich Vineyard & Winery (Vintner Honorees)
  • Nick Clemence, European Collectibles (Co-Automotive Honoree)
  • Donny Gath, iLusso (Co-Automotive Honoree)
  • Georgeana Ireland, Ethos Gallery (Artist Honoree)

SAVOR 2023 is dedicated to supporting The Literacy Project, which provides literacy support to Orange County's most vulnerable children, completely free of charge to both the child and the school. The event's proceeds will assist struggling students who are performing well below the basic reading skills level and are at risk of functional illiteracy. With as little as $100 per child, The Literacy Project can transform the life trajectory of a student by helping them master fundamental phonetic skills and fostering a lifelong love for reading and learning.
