Pelican Grill Whiskey Dinner

Chef Marc Johnson kicks off Pelican Grill’s new whiskey dinner series on Thursday, March 14 with a four-course California grill menu paired with legendary Duke Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Created by Newport Beach-raised John Ethan Wayne, son of famed actor John Wayne, Duke Spirits meticulously blended the bourbon to reflect The Duke's preferred whiskey flavor profile, inspired by rare 50-year-old bottles preserved from the late actor’s collection.

Thursday, March 14 at 6:30 p.m. for $180* per person.
