This iconic restaurant revives favorite dishes from its early years, crafted with a contemporary flair by the chef team, and offers an exclusive three-course Thanksgiving feast perfect for the season.
November Throwback Menu Throughout November, Parkers’ Lighthouse presents a selection of beloved classics.
Highlights include:
- Lunch Special – Parkers’ Deluxe Burger: A timeless favorite elevated with Monterey Jack cheese, sautéed mushrooms, crispy onions, and bourbon BBQ sauce.
- Appetizer – Rock Oysters: A signature take on Oysters Rockefeller, featuring oysters on the half shell topped with a decadent sauce and breadcrumbs, broiled to perfection.
- Entrée – Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon: Ocean trout roasted on a cedar plank, served with Bintje potatoes, haricot vert, dill beurre blanc, and smoked trout roe caviar.
