Paragon Café Expands; Opening New Full-Scale Restaurant!

Paragon Café is taking the foodie movement to a whole new level with the addition of a classy, full-scale restaurant at SOCO + The OC Mix – Paragon. This restaurant will be serving up phenomenal brunch/lunch and dinner options and will provide an elevated dining experience with unique twists on breakfast and brunch classics, a craft cocktail program, and live jazz music.  Living up to Orange County’s new standard of dining, Chef Dean Isom brings more than 2 decades of experience to the kitchen.

Estimated to open in November 2021, these new menu offerings are sure to please even the ultimate foodies’ palette with items such as: 

  • Banana Foster French Toast with cinnamon crusted brioche, flambee bananas, cinnamon banana mascarpone cheese, and maple-glazed pecans
  • Soft Shell Crab Benny with fried buttermilk marinated crab on top of fried potatoes and English Muffins, topped with Hollandaise, poached eggs, and bowfin caviar
  • Monte Cristo, a maple glazed pork belly, with gruyere, bechamel and red wine reduction

Paragon will be open Tuesday through Sunday and will offer breakfast/brunch from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.. With live music offerings on Saturday and Sunday, guests will have the opportunity to sit back, relax, and enjoy beautiful melodies paired with mouthwatering dishes.
