Orange County’s Newest Craze, Paderia Bakehouse

June 19, 2017

By Asma Mohammed

Paderia Bakehouse is Orange County's newest craze! If you have a sweet tooth you just have to try their delicious Malasadas which come either plain and dusted with cinnamon sugar, or with fillings like coconut cream, Nutella, or ube.

They also specialize in banana pudding, which is thick and creamy and perfectly sweet. Another staple of this amazing bakery is the ensaymadas which is a sweet, buttery Filipino brioche covered in sugar and butter blend and topped with grated, aged white cheddar served warm and melty. The food is amazing and so is their selection of coffee and teas, but you have to get there before they sell out! It's a must-try for all residents of Orange County!

Desserts that are out of this world. You will never eat as regular donut ever again, trust me.

Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. (or until sold out) Tuesday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (or until sold out) Saturday and Sunday.

18279 Brookhurst St. in  Fountain Valley. 949.478.5273.
