Neighborhood Favorite Christakis Greek Cuisine Curbside Pickup

May 19, 2020

Christakis Greek Cuisine is a popular, authentic Greek restaurant that has been family owned and operated in Tustin since 1996.  Equally known for its warm, friendly service and locally sourced and organic ingredients, Christakis has Greek specialties such as gyro, falafel, saganaki, spanakopita, perfectly grilled lamb chops, wild-caught salmon, and an array of other dishes, along with an award-winning wine list.

According to owner Katrina Wallace Munoz, whose late mother Joanne Christakis founded her namesake restaurant years after immigrating to America and raising her family, Christakis is taking proper precautions to safely continue to serve its beloved community and faithful fans, including wearing masks and using increased sanitation.

From lunch to dinner to a special Father’s Day Feast, check out Christakis if you haven’t tried this neighborhood gem. Some of their current specials include Chilean Sea Bass (pan-seared with a kalamata olive and rustic tomato tapenade, served with rice pilaf and sautéed spring zucchini) for $37 and Lamb Shanks (two shanks, braised in white wine, fresh lemon, and dill, sprinkled with feta and served over orzo pasta and with a Greek Salad), serves two for $40.

Christakis Greek Cuisine is open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and for dinner, Monday through Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. Visit their website for details on the Father’s Day Meze Feast To Go for Sunday, June 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The restaurant is at 13011 Newport Ave, Suite 113, in Tustin. Call to place an order for curbside pickup at 714.731.6600, then call upon your arrival and their staff will bring it to you.
