Innovative Micro Food Hall Debuts in Huntington Beach
The innovative Bay Area-born micro food hall, Local Kitchens, is opening in Huntington Beach within the Goldenwest & Warner Shopping Center on Thursday, Oct. 27. The micro food hall will feature seven restaurant concepts including Baby's Badass Burgers, Backyard Bowls, Chicas Tacos, Locali, SAJJ Mediterranean, Sushirrito and Hanchic.
To celebrate the concept’s SoCal debut, Local Kitchens will host a Grand Opening Celebration starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 29th with a FREE Hanchic fried chicken sandwich for the first 150 guests!
Local Kitchens provides a solution for the pickiest families due to the ability to mix and match the cuisines from seven different restaurant concepts, all on one check! Guests can enjoy specialized burgers from Baby’s Badass Burgers, fresh acai bowls from Backyard Bowls, healthy deli sandwiches from Locali, and MORE!
Through the creation of a fast and convenient ordering system, the Local Kitchens’ model allows for ordering upon arrival on a kiosk tablet, or guests may order ahead of time through the Local Kitchens app! Created by CEO Jon Goldsmith, COO Andrew Munday, and CTO Jordan Bramble, the entrepreneurs have digitally transformed the food hall experience to arm small local restaurants with the tech and business management they need to expand their brand footprint and compete against larger chains.
Local Kitchens currently operates locations across Northern California throughout the greater Bay and Sacramento areas. In addition to the new Huntington Beach location, other Local Kitchens locations are planned to open in Southern California, including in Lake Forest in the coming months.
The new Huntington Beach location offers a variety of cuisines including acai bowls, classic burgers, deli sandwiches, sushi burritos, authentic tacos, and more, and will be open every day from 11 a.m. to midnight.
Located at 7151 Warner Ave Suite 105 within the Goldenwest & Warner Shopping Center.
