Kaleidoscope Welcomes New Tenants

Kaleidoscope, South Orange County’s favorite dining and entertainment destination, has welcomed three new tenants. Sana’s Curry Bowl, Hana BBQ, and Laser Land have all recently opened at the Mission Viejo center.

Sana’s Curry Bowl opened inside Union Market at Kaleidoscope, serving authentic Halal Indian cuisine. Sana’s Curry Bowl uses only quality locally sourced ingredients and all meat is Halal (range-free). 

The menu includes appetizers such as Samosas, Aloo Tikki, Masala Fries, assorted Pakora, Grilled Chicken Tikka, and Seekh Kebab Wraps. Entrees include Curry with a choice of chicken, beef, shrimp, or lamb, as well as Tikka Masala, Biryani, Saag, Lamp Chop Masala, Buttered Chicken. Spice levels can be adjusted to the customer’s preference. 

Sana’s Curry Bowl also has vegetarian and vegan entrees, as well as catering.

Hana Korean BBQ, a casual eatery offering a variety of Korean specialties, recently opened at Kaleidoscope. The menu features lunch and dinner plates including Kalbi (marinated short ribs), Bul Go Gi (marinated rib eye beef), BBQ chicken, Meat Jun (marinated rib-eye cooked in flour and egg coating, spicy pork, and Fish Jun (pan-fried cod). Each plate entrée comes with a choice of rice and sides. 

Hana Korean BBQ is open from Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. For more information or to place an order, call 949.328.9123.

Laser Land offers plenty of family fun with laser tag that has more than 10 custom game modes, including “search and destroy” and “zombies”. The venue also has an interactive VR area and will open an Escape Room soon. Adding to the fun at Laser Land are two interactive trampolines, which provide safer types of jumps and the ability to compete against friends who are in separate areas. Each trampoline has a screen that captures a player and puts him or her inside the screen where can play games. 

Kids' birthday parties are also popular at Laser Land, with costumed actors who play with kids in special themed game modes. 

Laser Land is open Monday through Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., Friday from 4 to 11 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. There are extended hours are non-school days for convenient family fun.
