It’s D’Vine Mediterranean Cuisine

November 07, 2016

Craving some incredible Mediterranean cuisine in Orange County? You’re in luck with D’Vine that celebrates four years of serving delicious Mediterranean food at its original Brea location and more recently at its Fullerton location in the busy downtown district.

Founders chef Walid Alarja, a graduate of French Culinary Institute in Alexandria, Egypt; and Lena Quezada developed a menu for D’Vine based on family inspired recipes. All entrées start with pita chips with olive oil and house seasoning and dinners are paired with their cult-worthy garlic sauce, which you can take home in 8 oz. jars.

Choose from cold and hot mezza’s, soups and salads, pita pockets, entrees, family style meals and desserts. Signature dishes include the Chicken Shawarma, Lamb Kebab and cold mezzas like their fresh made hummus, cucumber yogurt and Mediterranean salad. Much of the menu is gluten-free, and D’Vine takes pride in using only natural ingredients that are delicious yet health-conscious.

You must try Lena’s family Baklava recipe one of the best we’ve ever tasted. D’Vine is also known for its comforting rice pudding and ashta in delicious flavors including pistachio, rose water, almond and chocolate. You can also enjoy hard to find Israeli and Lebanese wines at the full service bar.

D’Vine Fullerton spans over 8,000 square feet with each room combining modern and old world design. It also offers outdoor dining, a cigar lounge, full dining room and banquet hall available to rent for weddings, meetings and private events.

Both locations offer lunch and dinner, and customers can take advantage of catering and to go meals.

With late nights being a popular reason to visit Fullerton’s downtown district, D’Vine now offers the “D’Vine Lounge” experience, with weekend hours extended to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. The lounge includes a full bar and live music by local DJs until 12 a.m. D’Vine also has a belly dancer that performs at both locations Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 p.m.
