Irvine’s First Food Hall, Trade

May 11, 2017

Orange County’s most exciting new food hall, TRADE will finally celebrate its Grand Opening on Saturday, May 13. The TRADE Food Hall in Irvine houses nine distinct food concepts (many of which are brand new to OC) as well as a few tenants just outside of the hall, out in the center.

The food available at TRADE includes innovative fare from Chef Andrew Gruel of Slapfish and his team’s newest concepts, Butterleaf, Two Birds and Center Hub Bar. You can also find Hop Pham’s secondary brick and mortar location of Dos Chinos, and the fusion king’s newest concept, Megadon.

Other spots in the food hall include Gyro King, Pig Pen Delicacy, Portside Fish Co., and Sweet COMBforts. Outside in the main center, there is OC Waxing, KEMPT, Oo’Toro Sushi, Hiro Nori Ramen, KRISP Fresh Living.

Each concept brings a unique culinary offering to the marketplace and with options that range from a sweet Fruity Pebbles Cereal Belgium Liege waffle from Sweet COMBforts to a savory Jidory Fried Chicken Sandwich from Two Birds and everything in between, there is something for everyone at TRADE. The Irvine food hall features an open air indoor patio and a beautiful vertical garden.

TRADE is located at 2222 Michelson Drive in Irvine.
