Holiday Celebrations at Marriott Irvine Spectrum

Kiss 2021 goodbye at Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen and atop Hive & Honey Rooftop Bar at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum with a Winter Wonderland soiree. 
Hive & Holidays (through Jan. 14): Hive & Honey has transformed into a winter wonderland with holiday decor and new festive cocktails. Cocktails highlights include: 

Santa's Side Sleigh: Remy martin 1738, lemon, Cointreau, Licor 43
General Blitzen: garrison bros honey bourbon, honey syrup, lemon blackberry, ginger beer
Nine Ladies Dancing: Ketel one vodka, lemon, Aperol, honey, lavender bitters, ginger bitters, Chandon garden spritz
Ya Filthy Animal: dewars, lemon, ginger, honey, Laphroaig 10 year float

Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen NYE Dinner (Dec. 31 at 7 p.m. or 9 p.m.): Kick off the evening with a three-course pre-fixe NYE dinner and champagne pairing with reservations available at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Dinner includes a glass of sparkling white wine and a general admission ticket to Hive & Honey. Menu includes:

First Course: Choice of Lobster Bisque or Salted Roasted Beets Salad
Second Course: Choice of Jidori Chicken, Diver Scallops, Ricotta Gnocchi, or 10oz Prime New York 
Third Course: Choice of Dulce De Leche or Spice Cake

Hive & Holidays NYE Celebration (Dec. 31: 7 p.m. – 1 a.m.): Ring in 2022 with a DJ, specialty cocktails, and a midnight toast at Irvine's only rooftop bar, Hive & Honey. 
General Admission: $35 (includes one glass of sparkling white wine) 
VIP Lounge Seating: $1,000 for up to six people and includes guaranteed seating, (1) bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, (2) Cheese and Charcuterie Boards, (1) Onion Dip and Chips with Smoked Caviar and (1) Truffle FriesVIP Fire Pit Seating: $2,000 for up to 10 people and includes guaranteed seating, (2) bottles of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, (3) Cheese and Charcuterie Boards, (2) Onion Dip and Chips with Smoked Caviar and (2) Truffle Fries
