Hendrix Restaurant & Bar’s new seasonal menu not only showcases the season’s most vibrant ingredients, but it also introduces exciting seafood dishes for guests to dive into. Executive Chef Rainer Schwarz’s ocean-to-table dishes, which have received much praise from critics and guests alike at his coastal restaurants, Driftwood Kitchen and The Deck on Laguna, now make their way inland as an addition to the Hendrix menu.

To complement the bright, fresh flavors of the season, the following are the one-of-a-kind, ocean-to-table gems to join the menu:

  • Alaskan King Crab Leg 1/2 lb house coleslaw jumbo asparagus | European drawn butter
  • Whole Fried Thai Snapper julienne vegetables & shishito peppers | ponzu sauce | bonito flakes
