Garden Fusion Dinners

May 27, 2014

Sherman Library & Gardens in Corona del Mar and Chef Pascal Olhats are planning Orange County’s newest experiential dining event “Garden Fusions” with a French Polynesian cuisine themed event on Thursday, May 29 at 5:30 p.m.

“Coconuts de Provence” will include hors d' oeuvres served with complimentary tropical punch, a two course  gourmet dinner and a delicious dessert under tranquil giant palms, and a surprise from the Polynesian islands to entertain.

“Garden Fusions” will be held the last Thursday of the month April through October (June dinner will be held the Third Thursday 6/19). Chef Pascal Olhats will match wine and epicurean delights and a Sherman Gardens Horticulturist will share knowledge related to the evening’s horticultural theme. Wine is included during the hors d’oeuvres hour.

Beverages, tip and tax are not included. Friends members of Sherman Library & Gardens can purchase tickets for $50 per person, non-members can purchase tickets for $60 per person by calling Café Jardin 949.673.0033.
