Fitness Meets Wellness at SIX fitness studio

September 10, 2018

Looking for a new place to get into shape and meditate? SIX, the workout that provides an integrative wellness experience by combining fitness with personal development, will open its first location on Sept. 17 at Los Olivos Marketplace in Irvine. The new studio, founded by Orshi McNaughton, owner of the So Cal Boot Camp chain, will offer guests more than a workout, he would like an experience that transforms the body and the mind.

SIX offers self-powered HIIT cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, rowers, kettlebells, battle ropes and much more. With the help of state-of-the-art strength training gear, SIX provides the perfect well-rounded workout that addresses needs whether guests are looking to tone up, lose weight or increase strength and cardio endurance.

The workouts will feature short intervals through SIX stations, that will work the entire body in just 50 minutes. SIX’s heart-rate-based, high-intensity workouts and music will push guests to their limits.

At SIX, workouts will also address emotional wellness in a new way by combining high-intensity fitness training, mindfulness, and meditation.

SIX offers classes in a membership model, as well as individual class packages.

SIX is located at Los Olivos Marketplace at 8535 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine. 949.431.6336
