Festive Culinary Experiences at Pinot Provence

Pinot Provence at the Westin South Coast Plaza is kicking off the season with innovative culinary experiences and specialty libations into the New Year. Pinot Provence presents Les Nuits Roties, a limited-time offering of a whole rotisserie-roasted duck or chicken for two available Wednesday through Friday from 3 to 9 p.m.

Executive Chef Alfonso Ramirez carefully crafts the slow-roasted rotisserie duck and chicken, full of robust fall flavors, and pairs with seasonal vegetables for a cozy autumn dining experience.

Les Nuits Roties Menu:
Whole Roasted Duck for Two
Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Butternut Squash, Vanilla-Scented Turnips,
Chinese Long Beans, and Pink Peppercorns. $27 per person.

Whole Roasted Chicken for Two
Blistered Potatoes, Cipollini Onions, Bacon Lardons, Mushrooms,
Sweet Garlic-Thyme Jus, and Kabocha Squash Forchette with Brown Butter. $22 per person.

Pinot Provence also welcomes back Happy Hour of Trios Petites Bouchees (three small bites) with new fall libations perfect for the festive season on Tuesday through Sunday – 4 p.m. to close.

Available in the bar and patio only.

The happy hour small bites menu includes Mediterranean Mussels with white wine herb broth, red chile, and crème fraîche and truffle mac ‘n’ cheese with orecchiette, Mornay blend, and parmesan cheese; as well as Trios Petites Bouchees with Escargots Provencal Garlic Cream, Parmesan Frico, and Heirloom Vinaigrette; Pinot Burger with Hand Ground Angus Beef Patty, Comte Cheese, Caramelized Red Onion, Housemade Aïoli, Tomato Confit, Bordelaise, and Brioche.

Happy Hour Small Bites Menu, priced from $3 - $9

Cocktail highlights include the Juliette with Knob Creek Bourbon, apricot brandy, apricot and mint and the Esteban with Avion Silver Tequila, Chambord, agave nectar, grapefruit, lime, and Sprite.
