Patrons can soak in a stress-free Thanksgiving Day with those they love and enjoy an incredible meal prepared by Chef-Partner Riley Huddleston that blends traditional Thanksgiving fare with his signature new-American techniques. The meal begins with soul-warming appetizers including, “Not Your Grandma’s Ambrosia” with farmer’s cheese, autumn squash, and pomegranate; and a Persimmon Dream, featuring seasonal persimmons three ways, served with honey vinegar. Entrees include traditional Heritage Turkey with whey-brined breast, confit leg, and smoked thigh served with cranberry sauce and black truffle gravy or a Flaming Flat Iron Steak with sunflower, radish, and a 72-hour steak sauce. Each selection is served with hearty sides including maple chestnut brioche stuffing and wood-fired mushrooms. For dessert, indulge in an Heirloom Pumpkin Pie and Farmer’s Market Apple Tarte Tatin.
