Costume Ready? The Grand Opening Costume Party

March 21, 2017

From Mardi Gras feather boas and beads, to Fourth of July patriotic wear, and costume parties for milestone birthdays and New Year’s Eve celebrations, dressing up isn’t just for Halloween any more. Orange County’s newest and largest year-round costume shop Halloween Bootique is celebrating its grand opening at The Triangle with a costume party on Thursday, March 23 from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Guests are encouraged to dress in their favorite costume, look or mask and enjoy an evening of community artists, entertainment, a costume contest, a photo booth and refreshments. In addition, Halloween Bootique is offering a 10 percent discount on purchases now through March 23 so you can pick up a new costume for the party.

The grand opening fun at Halloween Bootique will also include an art show with local artists such as Big Toe, and a trunk show featuring Summer Designs for Perlabella Jewelry by Nicole Hellmich, Paw Prints in the Sand, White Sands by Nikki Beads, and I Felt so Odd by Cheri Wilson. Classic cars including a vintage Hearst will also be on display.

Locally owned and operated for nearly 20 years, Halloween Bootique is open Tuesday through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The store is on the street level of The Triangle, facing 19th Street, between 24 Hour Fitness and Time Nightclub.

Halloween Bootique is at 1875 Newport Blvd. in Costa Mesa. 949.631.6201 or visit shophalloweenbootique.
