To Start: Kick off your meal with a tantalizing Corn Mousse Tostadita, garnished with celery, cilantro, and red onion.

First Course: Indulge in a choice of Red Pumpkin Soup, adorned with pepitas, lime crème fraîche, and brown butter, or opt for the Cured Duck Breast complemented by black mission figs, goat cheese mousse, and balsamic vinegar. Alternatively, the Lobster Salad offers a refreshing blend of persimmon, pomegranate, frisée, and vanilla.

Entrée: For the main course, select from a variety of options, including the Chile Rubbed Turkey accompanied by green beans, chestnut stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. The Butternut Squash Tamales offer a unique twist with pasilla chile, queso oaxaca, and guajillo sauce.
