Behold the Noodle! A Premier Noodle and Asian Fusion Inspired Festival
For the first time ever, Nissin Cup Noodles & Foodbeast will present Noods Noods Noods, a Premier Noodle and Asian Fusion Inspired Festival on Saturday, January 14 in historic Downtown Santa Ana on Sycamore Street. The event will take place in two parts-- the Marketplace (buy as you go) will run from noon to 11 p.m. at $10 per entry. And two VIP sessions (all you can consume—with beer) from 1 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. VIP Tix cost $60.

Noods will feature some of the best food geniuses around each supplying exclusive Asian-inspired and/or noodle-tastic comfort-food items.
Among the lineup of participating restaurants and their creative food items:
Anchor Hitch: Deef Fried Uni pasta with swiss cheese, lightly coated in panko, drizzled in uni cream sauce, topped with Smelt Roe and Shredded Nori.
Bruxie: Korean BBQ Glazed Fried Chicken with Kimchi-Noodle Slaw on a fresh baked Waffle instead of Bread.
Mess Hall Canteen: Award Winning White Boy Ramen with tonkatsu style pork broth, crispy pork belly, pickled jalapeños and shallots, dandelion greens, mushroom, sous vide egg.
Hamasaku: Chef Yoya of LA is making his OC Debut at NOODS and will be bringing his Poke Noodle Salad made up of 'miracle noodle', Ora salmon, avocado, cucumber, green onion, nuts, and japanese pesto.
The Low-Key Poke Joint: Sushi Burritos coated in hot Cheetos, Sushi Cupcakes, and more.
Mad Dumplings: Mad Shrimp Dumplings with Gouda Rabokk, inspired by the shrimp flavored Cup Noodles, featuring fresh carrots, green onions and shrimp, stuffed inside a homemade dumpling skin, served over a bed of cheesy Gouda Rabokkii.
Norigami: Sushi Taco with signature crispy seaweed shell filled with ramen noodles, Japanese style slow-braised pork, and ramen toppings such as egg, corn, green onion.
Gao Taco: Prawn and Chicken Pad Thai Paratha Taco.
Tiki Fish: Chef Perry's bringing the flavor with a Hawaiian Pineapple Teriyaki Burger with spam spread and habanero aioli.
Two Birds: Chef Andrew Gruel of Slapfish debuts his newest concept to NOODS and will present an epic Jidori Chicken Ramen Burrito.
Neptunes Raw Oyster & Seafood Bar: Crab Pasta SquidInk Pasta, baby tomatoes, and crab meat, in uni cream sauce.
Seoul Street: Korean Bulgogi over fries, topped with grilled pnions, elote-style white corn, avocado garlic sauce, fresh pico de gallo, queso fresco, pickled red onion, and lime.
Sunset Catering: Soba Noodles in a garlic chili sauce with butter poached and/or tempura lobster, topped with a fried quail egg and tobiko.
Sgt. Pepperonis: Lasagna Nachos featuring crispy lasagna noodles, Italian cheeses, marinara sauce, and more.
Shrimp Daddy: The OC Debut of June Quan’s AKA @stirandstyle’s Shrimp Daddy concept, Hawaiian Garlic Butter Shrimp, mac salad, rice, and pineapple with li hing in a pineapple boat or on a plate.

In addition to having access to dozens of food vendors outside of eSports Arena each Marketplace and VIP ticket includes entry into the eSports Arena where they will be hosting a Smash Bros gaming tournament. VIP ticket holders also get to play in a VIP Gaming Couch section inside the eSports Arena!
