baker & olive Grand Opening Party for Casa OC

February 08, 2017

You can come out for a super fun foodie event on Friday, February 10 from 5 to 7 p.m., celebrating the grand opening of baker & olive in Corona del Mar, benefitting CASA OC.

baker & olive is a chef-inspired specialty shop and tasting pantry with a culinary team that’s passionate about quality ingredients. Together, they curate a collection of world class aged balsamic vinegars, ultra-premium, freshly harvested olive oils from around the globe, artisan cheese, charcuterie, salts, seasonings, and other specialty food ingredients.

At the party, the festivities include: a special parmesan wheel cracking – rarely seen, and so cool. Goodie bags for the first 50 partygoers; and for every $250 spent, you’ll receive a free private class/event in-store with baker & olive’s chef/fromager/manager. Enjoy craft Mocktails using some of baker & olive’s balsamic vinegars, including some tempting recipes. You’ll have the chance to have one-on-one time with the team’s sommelier, fromager and professional chefs. And, they’ll be baking pizza in the wood-burning fireplace and serving up delectable cheese and charcuterie plates.

A portion of the evening’s proceeds will go to CASA OC, the great community organization, to help the children of Orange County.

Open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday; 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

928 Avocado Ave. at Corona del Mar Plaza in Newport Beach. 759.1185.
