It’s hard to believe, it’s already been 25 years since Wahoo’s Fish Taco opened its flagship restaurant on Placentia Avenue, on the Westside of Costa Mesa. Today it boasts more than 60 locations in California, Colorado, Texas, Hawaii, New York, Nebraska and Nevada.
