Ceviche Tasting at Ritz-Carlton

Ceviche, the delicious raw seafood dish cured in citrus juices and fresh peppers, a staple of coastal Central and South America, gets the royal treatment all month at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. Chef de Cuisine Steve Wan shines with an a la carte Ceviche Tasting Menu influenced by the flavorful regions of Mexico, Peru and even Asia. Cucina Enoteca Opens at Fashion Island

After a year in the making, the new Cucina enoteca just opened at Fashion Island, in the former El Torito Grill spot.
