From the good folks who created the waffle sandwich, comes a special 4th of July culinary celebration: Bruxie’s culinary team is flying in live Maine lobsters to create the ultimate New England Lobster Bruxie, only available on Saturday, July 4.   Other holiday specials, which will be available Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5 include the new Vermont Apple Pie Bruxie and a Red, White & Blue Shake.
