It's been almost ten years since one of my four sons was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes--it changed our carefree lives overnight. Ever since then, I’ve been committed to raising awareness and funds for a cure through the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and becoming involved as Executive Producer of “The Human Trial” a feature length documentary about diabetes and the search for a cure. Our film is breaking new ground as we follow a clinical trial that could cure a major disease. Future Culinary Pros—The New CulinaryLab

Orange County is in for the first of its kind culinary education when CulinaryLab, a contemporary cooking school that combines an apprenticeship with a top chef in OC launches in October at the Anaheim Packing House in Anaheim. CulinaryLab combines a local chef-inspired curriculum, tech-savvy training, hands-on learning, and a sustainable food philosophy.
