Now in its fifth year celebrating great food and drinks in Orange County, the Golden Foodie Awards kicks off the season with its Golden Chef Series continuing on Saturday, June 4 at 2 p.m. at the Irvine Spectrum. The series takes place near the Big Wheel and features chef Tony Trujillo at CUCINA enoteca Irvine and Casey Reinhardt of Casey’s Cupcakes. She took time out of her busy schedule of baking lemon tarts, scones, brioche, chocolate chip muffins, brownies, madeleines and any custom bakery order you can think of to answer our 20Q’s.
