Poke Meets Tacos

Poke and tacos are all the rage and so is the build-your-own concept. Thankfully, Fins Poke Fusion nailed it—it offers both customizable poke bowls and fresh fish tacos. Fins Poke Fusion just opened its second location in Fullerton, across from the Fox Fullerton Theatre—and it’s the first poke eatery to offer a drive-through option. (The original Fins is in Mission Viejo.) Celebrating 10 Years at Rococo

“Waste-Less” Rise Above Plastics Art Show

Surfrider Foundation Newport Beach is celebrating their second annual “Waste-Less” art show and fundraiser at Volcolm headquarters in Costa Mesa on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 5 to 10 p.m. The goal is to raise funds and awareness for Surfrider’s Rise Above Plastics Program. They are on a mission to help reduce the use of plastics in our communities.
