Yard House at The Triangle is offering very few tricks, but plenty of treats for both kids and their parents this Halloween. Kids 12 and under who visit Yard House in costume October 29 -31 will receive a Kids Card valid for a complimentary children’s meal on a future visit.  Parents can also savor some treats of their own, including Yard House’s signature Vampire Taco featuring carnitas, bacon chorizo, chipotle salsa, roasted garlic with cumin crema, guacamole and cilantro served in a cheese-crusted tortilla. This weekend marks the final stop of the U.S. Tour of the Breitling Jet Team. They’ll be performing at the Huntington Beach Airshow on Saturday, Oct. 22 and Sunday, Oct. 23, along with co-headliners, The United States Air Force Flight Demonstration Squadron - the Thunderbirds--before returning home to Europe. The team flies seven Czech Aero L-39 Albatros jets. Goodbye Irvine Meadows, Hello New Outdoor Amphitheater

It’s so sad to say goodbye to Irvine Meadows Amphitheater--closing at the end of this month.  Many thanks to the grassroots movement called “Save Live Music Irvine” that brought attention to Irvine Meadows closing and built momentum for a new venue in Irvine. Now, we hear that FivePoint, along with Live Nation Entertainment would like to build a 12,000-seat outdoor music amphitheater adjacent to the Orange County Great Park with hopes of opening in time for the 2017 summer season. The interim amphitheater, pending approval by the City of Irvine, would be located less than two miles from Irvine Meadows.…
