Falasophy Goes Brick and Mortar in Santa Ana

Falasophy, the craveable food truck specializing in Lebanese street food just opened its first brick-and-mortar at 4th Street Market in Santa Ana. You can still find the Falasophy Food Truck, but now you can have delicious Falasophy dishes whenever you want. Owner Rashad Moumneh expanded his menu at Falasophy 4th Street Market to include even more Lebanese street food, like 24-hour marinated steak shawarma, sumac chicken and a cheesy Middle Eastern dessert called knefe.
