Burnt Crumbs, the newest handcrafted sandwich concept, from the owners of the popular food trucks, The Burnt Truck and Dogzilla as well as the brick and mortar, Burntzilla, just opened two locations in Irvine and Huntington Beach. Their signature gourmet sandwiches were created to evoke childhood memories, in a modern and contemporary setting. Chef and owner Paul Cao focuses on using ingredients that are made in-house from their meats to their sauces.
