Burnt Crumbs, the newest handcrafted sandwich concept, from the owners of the popular food trucks, The Burnt Truck and Dogzilla as well as the brick and mortar, Burntzilla, just opened two locations in Irvine and Huntington Beach. Their signature gourmet sandwiches were created to evoke childhood memories, in a modern and contemporary setting. Eastside Costa Mesa just landed a new Japanese style yakitori and craft beer eatery. Oak & Coal features Japanese skewers of organic, free range poultry, wagyu beef, free range pork, and fresh vegetables cooked slowly over Japanese oak.
