Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak Coming to OC

James Beard award-winning Chef Michael Mina announced plans to open his internationally recognized steakhouse Bourbon Steak at Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point in February 2018. It will replace Stonehill Tavern, which will serve its last meal the evening of December 31.  Bourbon Steak is known for its modern, seasonal take on the classic steakhouse, a timeless dining experience with a twist and cutting-edge beverage program.
