All Things Fabulous Catering is based in Dana Point, yet there’s no limit to where she can go. Dani just flew to Washington for two weeks to cook for a family who wanted to entertain—with all vegan foods.
Everything she makes is from scratch, using the finest fresh herbs, vegetables, meats, and seafood. Whether the food is made on site or dropped off, Dani and her team focus on the best experience that will leave your guests in awe.
She can create custom menus for a brunch, a buffet, taco carts, tapas, family-style Italian, Greek, Mediterranean, American comfort, fusion and BBQ; dessert bars; and beverage and cocktail bars.
Her taco carts offer a variety of authentic and fusion inspired tacos and accompaniments. From housemade marinades, flavorful salsas and guacamole, to mouthwatering Empanadas, she can create any dish with no rules.
She also specializes in New Zealand rack of lamb, rubbed with the perfect amount of fresh herbs and spices. Perfectly cooked to a beautiful bright pink/med rare. Rested and sliced into individual pops and served with a fresh mint chimichurri or chipotle raspberry sauce.
Her paella of rice, saffron, chicken, shellfish, chorizo, peppers and peas prepared and served in a large shallow pan is also a huge hit with guests.
Need bar service, too? Dani sets up the perfect bar, with fresh homemade mixes and custom designed drinks all paired with tray passed appetizers.
